Six partners that share extensive experience in the areas of sustainability, public procurement and social responsibility have been working on the LANDMARK project.

ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability (project co-ordinator) is an international association of local governments and national and regional local government organisations that have made a commitment to sustainable development.

The Senator for Finances of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is the nodal agency to formulate and monitor the city-state´s financial policies and programmes. Sustainable public procurement is within the Senator´s responsibility, as well as the unique project "active public procurement", implemented by the city´s real estate and services agency Immobilien Bremen, AöR.
